Unlimited golf access with up to three (3) guests at Rookery and Hammock Bay at a fee equivalent to the local Reciprocal Club rate. Reservations are available for Golf Waitlist Members up to five (5) days in advance.

Complimentary exclusive access to the 10.1 acre private beach, including chaise lounge and umbrellas, and select Spa services at JW Marriott Marco Island, will be offered based on availability Monday-Thursday.

Complimentary Tennis court access at Hammock Bay will be offered based on availability Monday-Thursday. Access to private tennis lessons or cardio tennis instruction are available for a fee.

Discounted $15.00 self parking rate (normal: $25) at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort

10% discount on retail and food & beverage purchases at both the Golf Shops and Rookery/Hammock Bay Clubhouses.

Every person who desires to obtain a Golf Waitlist Membership should carefully read the Club Membership Plan and all the referenced documents in the Club Membership Plan and should seek professional advice to evaluate these documents and should not rely on this Overview. In the event the Golf Waitlist Membership Application is not acted upon favorably by the Club in its sole discretion, any fees paid will be fully refunded, without interest.

Note that the Club Owner retains the right to make amendments to the Membership Plan and Club documents from time to time as it sees fit, without prior notice.
