If a guest does not wish to pay the fee to join the Golf Waitlist Membership, the guest will be removed from the current list. The guest will then have to wait one year to apply for either Social Waitlist or Golf Waitlist Membership if available.   

Once a guest is invited to join the Golf Waitlist Membership, then denies the invitation, the guest will then have to wait one year to apply for either Social Waitlist or Golf Waitlist Membership if available.  

Once a Golf Membership invitation is extended, and the invitation is refused, the guest will be removed from the Golf Waitlist Membership. All privileges that came with the Golf Waitlist Membership cease, and any money deposited will not be refunded. The guest will have to wait one year to apply for either Social Waitlist or Golf Waitlist Membership if available.

Names must match those listed on the Golf Waitlist Membership. Names cannot be changed under any circumstances. However your son or daughter are welcome to sign up for the Golf Waitlist Membership under their own names.

The $10,000 fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Once a Golf Waitlist Member has been invited to join the Full Golf Membership, the member will be provided a 10% discount from the applicable initiation fee. If that were to happen at the current initiation fee of $103,000 [April 1], such member would derive a $10,300 discount from $103,000. The refundable portion would remain the same at $56,000 when resigning from the Club.

Based on history and the current state of affairs it would not be possible for us to put any type of prediction on the amount of gestation time it will take to achieve Full Golf Membership.  However, once this important transition takes place, we will have a much firmer understanding of what we may expect in terms of broad relevancy to elapsed time to Membership. 

Golf Waitlist Members invited to Golf Membership will pay the prevailing rate at the time of invitation, minus the 10% discount provided by the Golf Waitlist Membership. There is no rate lock-in, thus the value of the 10% discount relative to the $10,000 deposit can only increase with time. 

Tee time access may be available from time to time based on availability, certain restrictions, and at the prevailing fees. These details will be available before November 1.   

We will notify all new Golf Waitlist Members of their new position beginning May 24.
